Things people ask before their first visit

No. Most customers aren't. Tell us the gate code or where the latch is once, and we let ourselves in and out — same as any lawn crew would.
We still come. Rain doesn't cancel the mess, so it doesn't cancel us either. Around a rare holiday, we'll give you a heads-up if that week's visit shifts by a day, so you always know when to expect us.
We walk the full yard — fence lines, behind the shed, under decks, the spots you'd probably skip on a Friday — and bag every pile. Everything we collect is removed under a flat removal fee of $3.00 per dog, per week, so nothing is ever left behind and nothing ends up in your bin.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, but the cancellation takes effect at the start of the following month — no refunds for the current month once it's billed. Annual plans are prepaid to lock in your discount, so they're non-refundable if you cancel early. Either way, you can still pause visits whenever you need to — going on vacation? Skip the week and pick back up when you're ready.
Pickup, bagging and removal come with every plan — plus a flat $3.00 per dog, per week removal fee, billed as a simple $12 per dog on your monthly invoice. Sanitizing and deodorizing treatments are exclusive to the Total plan; on Tidy and Thorough, visits are pickup only.
